On-Screen Keyboard

In our testing, the shortkey macros will not run when the keyboard is set to a standard layout. A number of keys are missing from this layout.

When the keyboard was set to the full-size layout, which includes additional keys such as the Alt key and the extra row for numbers, the shortkey macros worked successfully.
