Here are some things to try to get ShortKeys to work better on Windows 11:

1. Change the options for the shortkey to Playback using Clipboard. To do this, edit the shortkey, click the Options tab, and un-check “Use Settings in Preferences”. Then click “Playback using Clipboard” and save.

This will adjust the playback for an individual shortkey.

2. Change the Playback option in the Preferences to “Playback using Clipboard”.

This will adjust the playback for ALL shortkeys.

3. Adjust the delays in the preferences. Click Options, Preferences, Playback and the Delays tab.

On some computers using the high-speed timer causes problems with playing a shortkey. Try disabling the “Use high speed timer for delays” option. You may also need to adjust other delay settings.

This will adjust the playback for ALL shortkeys.
