Shortkeys List

These options allow you to change what is displayed on the ShortKeys window and adjust the fonts.

ShortKeys > Options > Preferences > Appearance > Shortkeys List

Categories

Show large category icons
Choose to display a larger size folder icon in the Category field.

Columns

Choose which columns to display in the ShortKeys window. Below are the columns available for view.

•Index number associated with the shortkey

•Shortkey abbreviation

•Replacement text

•Suffixes assigned using the Replace Word feature

•Date/time that the shortkey was last modified

•Scope assigned to the shortkey

•Notes about the shortkey

Fonts 

Shortkeys Grid Font

Change the font of the shortkey listings in the ShortKeys window.  Click the Change button to select a different font type and size.

Category Font

Change the font of the category listings in the ShortKeys window.  Click the Change button to select a different font type and size.
